Service terms
Website information and prices are indicative until a written scope and fixed quotation are agreed. A complete website is £399. The standard scope is up to five focused pages, mobile-first development, shaped website copy, an enquiry form, basic search setup, launch checks and two organised revision rounds.
A focused project will usually take 10 to 14 days after the deposit, agreed content and required account access have been received. This timing depends on prompt client feedback and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, £200 is due before work begins and the remaining £199 is due on final approval before launch or handover. Ownership of the final approved website and approved project content transfers after full payment. The client remains responsible for ensuring that supplied text, photographs, logos and other materials may lawfully be used.
Domain registration, hosting, paid licences and third-party services are separate and should be held in the client's own name. E-commerce, professional photography, full brand design and major scope changes are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation. Booking systems and card payment are quoted as separate lines.
Project-specific scope, revisions, responsibilities, cancellation, delays and post-launch support are confirmed in the written proposal or agreement before payment. That project agreement takes priority over this website summary.
The legal protections in the signed project agreement, ownership on payment, liability capped at the fee paid, email counting as written notice and Scots law, apply to every project and are set out in full in that agreement.
